worn-out: meaning

Adjective: worn-out  'worn,awt or 'worn'awt

1- Used until no longer useful.

  "worn-out shoes with flapping soles"

2- Drained of energy or effectiveness; very tired.

  "the day's shopping left her exhausted"
  "you look worn-out"
